After the event no one wants to hear complaints about the
entertainment, the food, the theme, the parking, the venue, the
decorations…any of the details that go together to make a good event.
In short, you don’t want to worry about whether everything will happen
as planned on time and on budget.

expectations. From picnics to luncheons, trade shows to sales
meetings, employee recognition to customer events, we put all the

When
a company first contacts FamilyTime Entertainment regarding an
upcoming event we:
• Determine what the goals are for the event.
• Mutually decide in which
areas FamilyTime Entertainment will be involved. We do as much or as
little as you require.

FamilyTime creates a proposal including timing, budget,
entertainment and our other ideas on how the event should be
conducted.
• Finally, when all is agreed
upon, FamilyTime delivers what has been promised.

Entertainment does for our clients:
Indianapolis Power & Light Company Picnic:
Indianapolis Power & Light has an employee picnic each year at a
company owned park near one of its generating facilities. They wanted
to generate more response and make the event into more than an eat and
leave picnic. FamilyTime added clowns with face painting and balloons
for the kids and a magic show for the whole family. And created a
Wacky Olympics for everyone. These are games and events that everyone
can participate in and that help introduce employees and their
families to one another.
Cummins Team Building Event
Cummins approached FamilyTime with an idea for a team building event
they wanted and they wanted it in a hurry. Five days later FamilyTime
produced the event for over 300 people on time and on budget.
FamilyTime created a massive scavenger hunt for their international
sales force in the Circle Centre Mall (Indianapolis) with celebrity
stations, wacky activities, and four color printed materials. The
design, writing, production and printing was handled by FamilyTime.
Orchard in Bloom Festival Fairs and Festivals
Orchard in Bloom is a nationally known and respected garden show that
wanted to add entertainment and activities for the whole family. They
asked FamilyTime for ideas and we created a children’s activity tent
and added 12 entertainers over the 3 day run of the event. The
challenge was to add to the event not distract from it. We combined
entertaining caricature artists, balloon sculptors, strolling
magicians and jugglers, make your own clay pot, a guitar petting zoo,
plant and take home your own flower, a coloring contest and bubble
pool activities. Was our plan successful? The guests said it was a
wonderful addition and FamilyTime is invited again.
Bank One Holiday Event
Bank One told FamilyTime that they wanted a holiday event that clients
would remember… not just the typical dinner, drinks and a band. A
cruise ship theme was agreed upon and FamilyTime created the evening.
Guests arrived at “the dock” to see the ship’s crew in their uniforms,
tropical animal vendors and strolling ship’s magicians. Exotic steel
drum magic filled the air before the Cruise Magic and Comedy Show on
the USS Banco Uno started. Guests also had their fun recorded in
caricature artist’s drawings and learned of their good luck to come
with the ship’s fortune tellers. Disposable cameras given to the
guests made sure that these cruise memories would last a long time.
