DATE:_________________________  TIME:______________to______________
Be a party survivor and keep the time short.  Two hours in the maximum needed!

LOCATION________________________________________________________

Consider having the party outdoors, at a park, at a skating rink, a restaurant or even in the garage. Clean up is always easier if someone else has to do it, and living room carpets are at risk, even with the best-behaved children.

NUMBER OF CHILDREN TO BE INVITED

A good rule of thumb is to invite twice the number of children as your child’s age. (EX: 6 yrs.old—12 children)

PARTY THEME______________________________________________________

ENTERTAINMENT___________________________________________________

Magic, cartoon characters, action heroes, favorite toys, film characters, storytime, animals. . . are all good themes. Don’t feel the necessity to have a theme, just being someone’s birthday is enough.
